Being new to Orland Park, I have had the opportunity to meet over 50 contractors for various jobs as my girlfriend and I update our house. Typically, if I need something I just google the job and hope I am calling the right service that will do a good job. I chose Precision Today because of their excellent reviews. Yesterday, I met Steve from Precision and had a huge list of electrical fixes for him. Now, I've been in customer service for 30+ years myself and I have to say it is rare to meet someone who is more dedicated to his work than Steve. He was knowledgeable, courteous and took his time explaining everything he was going to do with the fixes. He powered through the day and finally finished around 10 p.m. I was impressed! I have never met anyone who is willing to go the extra mile and do what he did in just one day! He also explained about how Precision has a Plan for $240 per year which is loaded with perks, plus 10% off repairs. I had so much done yesterday, the 10% payed for the membership.... Now I have access to plumbing, HVAC and electrical through Precision. If you read this review, I would highly recommend that you use this company. Thanks again to Steve for all the excellent help... I will definitely be calling for his expertise next year when we order a generator!

Old AC which was at least 25 years old went out last Saturday. Called Precision Today for help and a tech came out Sunday. Looked at the unit and told us circuit board and another part were no good. It would take days to get parts and he recommended a new unit. I felt it was time because the old AC was having more and more problems so I agreed to finance a new unit for $16,000 at no interest for 60 months. Two techs showed up Monday and it was a hot one. The air handler is in the attic crawl space and it is brutal up there in the summer. I apologized to the techs for getting stuck with the job on such a hot day and told them take as long as you need and take as many breaks as you need. They took around eight hours and said they had to come back in the morning to set up new wiring because my panel didn't have a 220. They came back Tuesday morning and after a couple hours finished wiring and the unit worked. At 12:30 pm I set the temp to 65 degrees on the wall panel. By 6:30 pm, six whole hours later, the temp in my house went from 80 degrees to 78 degrees. One of my biggest issues with my old AC was that in the summer even set at the lowest set point it could not cool the house down below 78 degrees on the hottest days. Now with a brand new, enormous AC, my house still isn't getting cooler than 78 degrees. What did I just spend $16,000 on? I'm starting to feel like I got taken advantage of. Within a few hours of running, water started to drip from the doorframe of the bedroom below the air handler. Going into the attic to investigate, the first things I noticed were one of the ducts was partially disconnected from the unit. Water was dripping from where the drain pan connected to the drain pipe because it was left loose and water was dripping off the back of the unit which extends further than the drain pan. Also, I asked if they could replace the foam insulation the pipe outside the house because the original was worn out. They only did half for some reason. When I called customer service they told me they would send someone out same day to fix the issue but then got a call back saying no one could come out till the morning so me and my wife put stuff down to catch the water under the handler so we can keep the AC running becauae it's still pretty hot out and 78 degrees is bettee than 87 degrees which was the temp on our main floor for two days while the AC was out. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because I still feel bad the guys got stuck doing an install in a 120 degee attic but for $16,000 I expected better worksmanship and better performance from this AC unit.

We had Carlos Lopez, from Precision Today Plumbing Heating and Cooling, come out for our annual restore flow to our drains. Carlos made a suggestion to my wife and he checked the drains. To our surprise the drains were in very good shape, we didn't need to rod them. Being an honest guy, he did not do any rodding. Some people might have done it anyway and charged us, but Carlos was different, he told us the truth. Very happy that Carlos came out to put our minds at ease, and makes me happy to know that Precision Today Plumbing employs good people.

Precision came out within the hour of our call- diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Steve the technician was very helpful and detailed in his explanations and very thorough! Made us feel very comfortable and would definitely call Precision Today again! We had a backed up sewer drain - they came yesterday, and were able to clean out 99.9% of tree roots! My house is surrounded by trees and I’ve had this issue before- no other company was as quick, efficient and as thorough- he showed us on camera all the roots were gone - great company and great employees- even the woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful.

Great Service from Dominic! Dominic was both patient and knowledgeable. He kindly waited for me for 30 minutes, and I truly appreciate his professionalism. He completed my AC and furnace inspection thoroughly and provided clear, helpful recommendations. I highly recommend Precision for their excellent service. Thank you.
