John completed the furnace maintenance job quickly after arriving on schedule. He also addressed all of our inquiries regarding whether it would be possible to extend the HVAC ducting to our back porch. He described in detail what would be required, how it might be accomplished, and any potential repercussions we might also want to take into account. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning techs were two guys that came out to do the ductless AC install. They were super nice and easy to talk to. They had a pretty tough job since my townhouse is tall, and on slanted elevation, but they stuck through it like champs. Very happy with the results. The AC unit and heads are as quiet as advertised, and the rooms they were installed in cool down quite quickly! Overall quite pleased!
