My service call was to address why my system runs continuously and can’t get below 76 degrees. My issue was not resolved and I was not given any details other than it won’t go more than 20 degrees below the outside temp. That was not why my system ran continuously. A suggestion was to upgrade my system which is sized ok for the small size of my house. My drain line was reviewed and found to be not pitched correctly plus it was too long. It was recommended to get a plumber to redo the drain line. The service call seems high at $150 where other contractors charge $99 or less.

ComforTemp is my go to HVAC company. I run the maintenance department and not only do they handle our heating and cooling issues but they also handle our chiller systems in some of our machinery. Called for a radiant heat boiler inspection. The service technician was very friendly to my family and me. He communicated clear and well. Didn't mind that I checked up on him every so often. He also listened to my needs well and wasn't pushing extra services that were necessary. I would use them again.
