I switched to Comfort from a different service a little over a year ago. They had good reviews so I figured I would try them. Paid $120 for their annual maintenance package, which seemed reasonable. First year was good. This year they call me and say they are updating their prices and it would be $17.50 per month or $210 per year. A little annoyed but I liked the first year. My old annual package still went through June, but they started charging me immediately after the call. More annoyed. Technician comes out and tries to sell me $2000 in parts and services. I declined given the price. I looked up the parts for the work and it was about $300-400 total. So $1600 in labor seemed excessive. Given this, I decided to cancel. Called the following week and canceled the subscription given these issues. Nevertheless they still charged me for the next 2 months(and 3 months total even though I shouldn’t have been charged at all). So I called again and they said they would have someone call me back to help refund my money. No call. Called again (same person I talked to when I originally called to cancel) and she said she would send it to her manager to make sure I was canceled and issued a refund. No refund, no call back. Luckily my bank was able to easily resolve this for me. All in all don’t waste your time.

This was our first time using Comfort, and I could not be happier! Our AC went out in the beginning of a 90° week, and I was able to get a technician out on the same day! Our technician, Jorge, was very informative, friendly and polite. He explained everything clearly and got our AC back up and running. So far, everything is working great!

Jorge came to the house, on the same day I called for service. He showed up, on time. And, after evaluating the system, he got the a/c running properly, just in time, before our most recent heat wave. ALL thumbs up for Comfort Services Heating & Air Conditioning, for Jorge, and for the kind & courteous customer service rep that answered my call, listened to my concerns, and acted swiftly to send Jorge to the house!

My AC went out and I didn’t notice until the evening on a holiday weekend. I attempted to fix it myself but the problem wasn’t the capacitor, unfortunately. This company not only was able to walk me through troubleshooting, but was at my house in less than an hour to get it fixed. I’m very thankful to Joe, Eric, and especially Jorge for the quick repair! Will absolutely use this company again.

Very friendly and professional. Mike explained everything so we could understand easily. We also purchased the maintenance plan that he presented us. It was a fair price and much needed. Thanks! AC is up and running.
